Earlier today (02/21/2024) my family and I closed on our very first home. Scott Burns was our Mortgage Consultant and he proved to be a true class act! From the very 1st point of contact, he was thorough, patient and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to get us into our home on schedule and never had any issues answering our questions and reassuring us whenever we needed it. Whenever we hit a snag in the process, he was quick to pivot and was solution-based. He has an awesome sense of humor too and that’s always a bonus in my book! I simply cannot recommend him enough. If you’re looking to buy a house, Scott Burns is your guy!

I am a General Contractor in the Knoxville area and there is a particular project myself and my client have been working on for 20 months. It’s a highly custom home spanning 9600 square feet on the ground. We have had so many hoops and hurdles to jump through to get to the stage of breaking ground and nobody other than Scott Burns could get it done. Scott and I will continue to do business together for one simple fact, that man never gives up. With every road block Scott kept at it, and never got discouraged. Just closed on our first house. Scott Burns was an amazing lender to work with, he knew we were just learning how to go about this process and never complained about answering a bunch of questions. He also was very easy to work with and all documentation and deadlines were met before they were even due. Overall this experience was a lot less stressful due to Scott’s help. 10/10 would recommend.

I am a first time homebuyers and Scott Burns was amazing to work with. I was anything but an easy client to work with. However, Scott always remained professional and I never once felt judged.tge week before closing there was one document we needed that we were having a hard time getting. When I felt everything was falling apart, he remains calm and professional and assured me that things would work. I’m not sure how he did it, but somehow he was able to get clear to close , and we closed on the projected date. I know he spent many hours on the phone with people and he went above and beyond to make it all come together on time. He told me all along to trust him and not worry.
