Loved working with Brannon Taylor! – Thanks to Brannon Taylor at the Knoxville office, my fiancé and I are in our first home and are loving life! We did not even know if we could qualify to buy a home, but we had a VA loan and Brannon made everything happen. There have been others who tried to buy this home and their financing fell through at the last minute. They were not as fortunate as us to work with a great mortgage broker! I thought surely that would happen to us, but Brannon knew which lenders to work with and all we had to do was make sure he got the paperwork he needed.
