Meet Dawn, the newest addition to the First Choice Lending team! With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Dawn is an expert in educating buyers on all their mortgage options. As the owner of Process-Wise LLC, a third-party mortgage processing company, she ensures her clients have a smooth and seamless process. Dawn’s passion for the industry shines when she quarterbacks transactions, making sure all parties are informed and doing their part. Originally from Connecticut, Dawn and her husband moved to Tennessee in 2020 with their daughter and two dogs, Cami and Beatrice. They now call the base of the Smoky Mountains home, where Dawn enjoys hiking, gardening, relaxing, and taking in the beautiful views in her spare time.
