Born and raised in Knoxville, Stephen Pippin spent several years in Chattanooga before returning home in 2019, giving him a deep-rooted understanding of Tennessee and the communities he serves. With two years of experience originating manufactured home loans-both chattel and land-secured-he brings specialized knowledge and insight into this unique area of home financing.
