She offers a full range of home loan solutions, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, and works closely with self-employed borrowers and investors to provide flexible options for primary residences, second homes, and investment properties. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Kennith is passionate about making the mortgage process simple and easy to understand for every client. Originally from Lima, Peru, she has proudly called the Sevier County area home since 2011 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Outside of work, Kennith enjoys traveling, exploring national parks, and making lasting memories with family and friends. A soccer enthusiast, she also coaches youth teams in the 6U and 8U MVP league.
