We just closed on my cash out refi on my personal home. Olivia “Liv the Loan Officer” did an outstanding job. She was fast and responsive. Anytime you go through a finance situations there are always hurdles or more information needed. Liv acted quick to keep things on the timeline. I even had to go to a family gathering in Mammoth CA the day we were scheduled to close. The team organized a mobile notary to come see me at the hotel we were staying at.
