I recently worked with Ben Lang on an extremely challenging loan. I asked Ben at the very beginning if he thought he could get the loan done. He said it was going to be difficult, but he thought he could make it happen. He was able to get it financed and we closed on time! If you’re looking for someone who communicates throughout the process, can work with various sorts of income that aren’t as straightforward, and keep his cool, Ben Lang is your go to!
