I started my buying a new home process in January and Amber from the beginning was great. She encouraged and really worked at making sure I knew every step needed and was always available to talk or text or email. We had a bumpy road with the usual not finding the right house and inspections failures and challenges chasing down all the correct financial documents. Then the pandemic hit and I was furloughed and lost a house just 10 days from closing. Luckily I was back to work 14 days later but then we had to start the process again. We had the joy of the next one being new construction and dealing with builders on top of everything else. It all ended up for the best and I’m signing on the doted line tomorrow!! Amber was a great loan officer!!
